Google Content Network Success Story: Passages Malibu Rehab

Then we started and immediately we started with Google and that what save our lives actually. Passages target audience is the world, the people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol and prescription medication and all other forms of addiction.

In the Content Network we're reaching for people who are generally researching through the – through the internet for different things and we would like them to know about us. When we first started to use the Content Network we didn’t really know what to expect, it was just something we're going to try out. For awhile, you know, we saw more calls coming in but we didn’t know exactly where they were coming in from then we started to using all the analytics and you know, we discovered that most of calls were coming from the Content Network and it was a lesser cost to us. Most of the conversion that we received are more than 60% come from the Content Network and right now we're spending about 30% of our money on television and we're spending the rest of the money on internet advertising and about 70% of that we spend with Google. The different targeting techniques that we use, we started with contextual and that work really well for us.

But then we wanted to be more specific in where those ads would place, so then we went to placement so we could know exactly where we wanted to place those ads and that was very good for us. The ad formats we currently use are primarily text but in the very near future we're going to go into video and image. We are just now opening an adolescent’s facility and we're going to be opening a lower cost facility and of course, I guess who we’re going to be relaying on to let the world know, Google. Google outshines everyone else by a great degree.
