Caston joined The Great Online in 2011. Joe handles day-to-day management of the company. The Great Online is an Internet marketing company formed in 2008 headquartered in Denver, Colorado with hundreds of customers around the country. The Great Online helps transform your online sites (Web Site, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+) into a marketing machine that produces the right leads and helps convert a higher percentage of them into qualified opportunities.
Caston joined Cadre Technologies in 2006 as CEO in a difficult turnaround situation. He integrated an acquired company into a single team, achieving growth and market development plans while managing the P&L. Joe restructured key agreements with senior and sub lenders. Joe built the company quickly and profitably. He increased EBITDA by 1,800 percent and raised millions of dollars in equity and debt financing.
Joe previously worked as vice president and COO for ToolWatch Corporation, where he was responsible for achieving growth and market development plans while managing profit and loss. At ToolWatch, he increased company sales by 39 percent and net income by more than 1,700 percent. Previously, he held senior-level sales, marketing, and general management positions with various companies. Among these are Sprint, Infolink Audit Technologies, Sales Prodigy, and Covad. He ran the Western region of the national accounts division for Sprint. He also has been recognized as a seven-time member of Sprint’s President’s Club.
He started and built InfoLink Audit Technologies, a software asset management company into a multi-million dollar business, and sold that business to Software Artistry.
Joe is a member of ExecQuity, a forum for corporate CEO's and EXO, an executive organization that serves more than 5000 C-level executives. Joe holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and business administration from the University of Nebraska.

Jim joined VoipReview in 2006 as vice president of Internet marketing and sales for VoipReview where he was responsible for achieving online growth and market development plans. VoipReview is the world's number one Voice Over IP comparison website. He was responsible for Search Engine Marketing campaigns, Search Engine Optimization, Affiliate Marketing and other Internet Marketing related activities. Jim's expertise in these areas helped double revenues which resulted in a successful sale of the company.
Previously, he held senior-level sales and marketing positions with various companies. Among these are Sprint, WordCom, and Northwestern Mutual.
Jim is a member of the Hubspot users group, a forum for inbound marketing. Jim holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and business administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
